Halloween

This year for Halloween we went Pirate style! Addy was so excited to be a "pretty pirate", and to have her dad dress up too!!

Me and my Sister had our annual Halloween party. My Mom and Dad won the costume contest for Elmer Fud and the Wabbit. The kids loved having them there, Elmer Fud had a marshmallow gun and chased them all night with it. The Penner's couldn't make it that night, They were missed, But I had to throw their picture in anyways.



We played the mummy game, where you have to wrap your partner from head to toe with a roll of toilet paper as fast as you can. It was harder then we thought, the toilet paper kept ripping. But Me and Kevyn won my a split second!!

Addy's cute friend Talia had a halloween party. They had so much fun and the kids all looked darling in their costumes! Thanks Kelly!

I had to show this pictures! Addy's preschool had a Witches Brew and this is how her darling teacher had the preschool decorated. It was so cute!! She had all the kids come in their Sunday best and the cute little boys escorted the girls to their seats and pulled their chairs out for them. It was hilarious to watch!!

I love this time of year!! I love the weather, the colors, all the festivities, and all the fun crafts!! This is mine and my sisters latest Halloween craft. All you need is glass jars, tissue paper, modge podge, and christmas lights. They are super easy and super cute!!

Finally, the last of California

I am finally posting the last part of our trip, which was 2 months ago. Better late than never I guess!! We love Disneyland, Addy especially loved it this year cause her two best friends came with us, Camryn and Kayla.

Here we are riding Pirates. Addy was so excited to go on this ride and kept saying she wasn't scared to go on it because she was "bigger now". The first time we went on it she buried her face inside Kevyn's shirt the whole time. And cried afterwards "I hate Pirates"!! The next day Camryn and Kayla wanted to go on it, so Addy said she wasn't scared anymore and that she liked Pirates again. The whole ride she sat very still and would not move at all. We made it to the end of the ride and I said "Addy you made it you did so good", and then the tears started! Hopefully we haven't ruined her for life!

We got to see tons of characters, which was lots of fun. We did see the Princesses but I forgot to add those pictures to this post and I am not going to add them now , it's to late. And I am sure you all know what the princesses look like!!

More California

The Beach

We spent quite a few days at the beach while we were there. We went to Crystal Cove, which was nice because it was more of a secluded beach, the sand wasn't the greatest but the kids still enjoyed it. Then we hit Huntington beach which was great, tons of people though! We had a great time! The kids loved playing in the sand and building sand castles, the guys had a blast on the body boards and the moms had a great time relaxing and getting some sun!

The Condo

We stayed in the Mariott CostaVillas in Newport, they were FABULOUS! I highly recomend them!The view was great and they had tons of stuff to do there!

We had tons of fun just hanging by the pool. The first day Addy had a little bit of a fever and really didn't want to get in the pool but after awhile she was ok.

Addy and her cousins, Kayla and Camryn, loved playing with the lifesize checkers!

We just got back from California, and we had an amazing time!! This was the view from our favorite shake shack! They had the most amazing shakes ever! We would sit out on the patio eat our shakes and enjoy the view! Oh how I wish we were still there! More pictures to come.
